3.2.2025 – Two strong players in the Finnish AV market, Fite Oy and DESK (Peaknet Oy), are joining forces as Fite acquires the entire share capital of Peaknet Oy. The new company will continue under the name Fite Oy, and nearly all employees will become shareholders.
The merger creates an expert organisation with the strongest AV design and installation competence in the market, complemented by an exceptionally broad product and service portfolio for modern work environments. Fite’s customer base includes a wide range of major property owners with extensive digital signage networks, leading outdoor advertising companies, retail operators, and a large number of organisations requiring advanced meeting room and control room solutions. DESK, in turn, serves numerous industrial companies, hotels, and a broad variety of office environments.

Following the transaction, Fite’s pro forma revenue will be approximately 6 million euros, and the total number of employees will be 20. All employees will continue in their current roles. Kari Hyttinen will serve as Chairman, and Elmo Väisänen will take on the role of CEO.
Lars Furuholm, Chairman at DESK and a serial entrepreneur in the technology sector, will continue as an advisor to Fite for another six months and expresses his satisfaction with the deal.

Fite is known for its AV design and installation services. The company delivers digital displays, LED walls, and advertising screens everywhere people move – in public transport, events, stores, and shopping centres. The portfolio also includes advanced control room systems and high-end meeting solutions for office environments. DESK’s strength lies in modern meeting technologies, delivering communication solutions for various meeting rooms, workspaces, video conferencing environments, and auditoriums, as well as systems for room booking and visitor management.
