AV maintenance agreement
We take care of your AV – and make your life a bit easier
The AV maintenance agreement means peace of mind: we handle your AV systems, and you get guaranteed support from a professional within the agreed response time.
The agreement can cover both existing equipment and new installations. We inspect your facilities, deliver and install AV products, guide you through commissioning, and take full responsibility for ongoing maintenance.
We can also include AV asset management, so you will always know the condition and value of your AV inventory – clearly and reliably.
Meeting and presentation systems
As remote work merges with the normal day at the office, modern hybrid meeting spaces are adapted to video conferences, presentations and workshops.
FITE supplies you with networking and presentation systems that make meetings and information sharing easy. You may use several screens simultaneously, and participants may give comments and follow the main screen using their own interfaces either in the room or from wherever they are. The systems support all interfaces so your team may log in from computers, tablets or smartphones.

AV maintenance service agreement
- Ideal for simpler and smaller environments
- Suitable for setups such as 1–5 meeting rooms, standalone LED walls, or advertising displays
AV support service agreement
- Designed for environments with 5–20 meeting rooms
- Most effective when the spaces are generally similar in setup and function
AV as a Service (AVaaS)
- This model includes not only maintenance, but also the equipment, along with related procurement and installation costs
- Well-suited for both smaller setups and larger-scale environments with multiple rooms or devices
- The service is fully customisable and always includes continuous improvement as well as monthly collaboration meetings
